Job Description:
Job Overview Kavaliro is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to
support both the accounts payable and accounting teams. This role
involves handling invoice processing (both electronic and paper),
organizing vendor documentation, managing certificates of
insurance, and assisting with journal entry archiving. The analyst
will also be responsible for communicating with vendors to obtain
missing documentation and helping onboard new vendors into the
Mincron system. Key Responsibilities Download and upload electronic
invoices into Intellichief, our document imaging system, on a daily
basis. Scan and process hard copy invoices for digital storage.
Respond promptly to requests related to Certificates of Insurance.
Assist with reconciling vendor statements by tracking down invoice
or credit copies and sharing payment information as needed. Scan
and archive journal entries for the accounting team on a monthly
basis. Collect required documentation to help set up new vendors in
our system. Participate in various special projects and support
tasks as assigned. Take on other responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellent
attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Solid
communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work
independently and take initiative to complete tasks. Willingness
and ability to learn new systems and procedures. Familiarity with
AS400 is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Key Skills &
Attributes Process-focused with a drive for improvement and
learning. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self-motivated with the capability to manage ambiguity and work
independently. Comfortable presenting information to senior
leadership. Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) to
ensure safety and compliance with all procedures and standards.
