Essential Duties include: Interview member to discuss loan options, gather required documentation, and communicate decisions effectively. Advise members through loan closing documents, explain terms, and ensure regulatory compliance. Follow up with members, manage loan queues, and work towards increasing booking ratios. Create and review loan files for accuracy and completeness. Achieve personal sales targets by identifying and cross-selling beneficial products and services. Collaborate with team members and work toward overall team success. Required skills: Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office Maintain a high standard for accuracy and attention to detail Provide friendly, professional, accurate service and support to all members and staff Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Lending Specialist or equivalent position at a comparable financial institution. High school diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
