Marriott International invites applications for the role of Night Auditor & Hotel Operations, offering an opportunity to enhance guest experiences at one of the world's leading global lodging companies. This role is vital as it blends accounting expertise with guest service, ensuring all financial transactions are correct and helping maintain the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The suitable candidate will handle end-of-day operations, manage guest issues with a keen focus on superior service quality, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Review and reconcile day-to-day transactions and resolve inconsistencies in hotel accounting records. Audit financial records and processes, including the verification of report discrepancies and issue resolution. Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and provide information and assistance to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management. Monitor and maintain the front desk and general hotel operations during the night shifts. Handle credit checks, receive payment from guests, and manage billing processes proficiently. Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage time and multitask effectively. Solid understanding of customer service and hospitality standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) or similar is a plus.
