us! Job Description: This job is responsible for independently
processing complex transactions supporting the movement of account
assets and other fulfillment processing. Key responsibilities
include end-to-end ownership of issue resolution, working across
multiple operations and product specialists, and ensuring
procedures are clearly documented and up to date. Job expectations
include supporting projects, initiatives and preparing
executive-level reports and presentations. Responsibilities: Leads
end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries,
including research, escalation and approvals for items with high
levels of monetary risk Drives execution of complex financial and
non-financial client transactions• Supports process improvements,
requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders Performs
quality assurance reviews, testing, and training to ensures high
performance accuracy of performance metrics and quality standards
Supports risk management and audit processes, including
identification of issues, development of mitigation strategies, and
exam preparation Reviews and updates written procedures to ensure
accuracy Supports operational team projects and production of
executive-level reports and presentations for senior management as
needed Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have

team management, structure, and routines. LOB Description: The
department is responsible for delivering the critical services
required to support the full trade life cycle and meet the needs of
clients and front-office teams. This includes ensuring the timely
and accurate research and resolution of equity trade breaks, as
well as managing trade flows from front-end systems through
back-end processing. Team members work closely with internal and
external stakeholders across the organization, including Front
Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Project
Management, and various business units. Strong communication and
client service capabilities are essential, as the associate will
interact frequently with traders, sales teams, clients, and client
service representatives. Required Qualifications: Proven ability to
multi-task and perform effectively in high?pressure environments
Strong proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications (Excel,
Word, Access, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working
in a team-oriented environment Exceptional time-management and
organizational abilities Ability to deliver proactive, innovative
process improvements that meet deadlines and minimize operational
risk Ability to navigate complex organizations, lead meetings, and
oversee key processes Multiple years of Clearing (P&S) or trade
support experience in Equities, Fixed Income, Options, or a
combination of these products Desired Qualifications: Background or
education in data science, with the ability to interpret data and
