DescriptionOfficeTeam is looking for a candidate with a strong sense of initiative and determined to start their career as a highly-skilled Data Entry Clerk with a company in the Construction/Contractor industry. We are seeking a data-savvy detail oriented who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This short-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Daytona Beach, Florida area.Major responsibilities

  • Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
  • Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
  • Examine reports and sheets of data
  • Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
  • Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

    • Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
    • Proven typing accuracy

    • Microsoft Office experience required
