Job Description:
The Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities,
ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves
coordinating subcontractors, managing daily operations, and serving
as the primary point of contact for field execution with a strong
emphasis on leadership and communication. Client Details Our client

region Description Project Site Oversight Lead all on-site
construction activities from groundbreaking through final
completion. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications,
schedules, and safety standards. Scheduling & Coordination Develop
and manage short-term schedules and look-ahead plans. Coordinate
daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to
keep the project on track. Quality Control Inspect work regularly
to ensure adherence to quality standards and design intent. Resolve
construction issues and maintain documentation for inspections and
approvals. Safety Management Enforce site safety plans and conduct
regular safety meetings. Promote a culture of safety and ensure all
OSHA and company policies are followed. Communication & Leadership
Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and project
management. Lead site meetings, provide daily reports, and keep
stakeholders informed of progress or delays. Resource & Equipment
Management Monitor use of labor, equipment, and materials to
optimize productivity. Anticipate needs and resolve potential
bottlenecks before they impact the schedule. Problem Solving &
Decision Making Address unexpected challenges in real time with
practical, cost-effective solutions. Make timely decisions that
support project goals and team performance. Closeout & Turnover
Ensure punch lists are completed and final inspections passed.
Support project closeout procedures including documentation and
client walk-throughs. Profile The successful candidate for the
Superintendent position on ground-up projects is highly organized
and a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex
sites from start to finish. You possess deep knowledge of
construction means and methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and
subcontractor coordination, and are known for delivering
high-quality projects on time and within budget. You excel in field
leadership, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and
make sound decisions under pressure. You possess a strong sense of
accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and
teamwork are essential. You have proficiency with commercial or
institutional ground-up builds, proficiency in construction
technology (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam), and a track record of
building positive relationships on site further define their
