Daytona, FL Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 Allowances, Bonus & Full

contractor specializing in multi-family apartment construction ,
with a strong reputation and years of upcoming work in our
pipeline. Our projects include high-quality mid-rise residential
communities with modern amenities. We are currently seeking a
Superintendent to lead the on-site efforts for exciting new
apartment complexes in Daytona , FL . Project Overview: The
upcoming projects in Daytona are a garden style and a 5-story
wood-frame over podium building featuring upscale amenities, a
fitness center, and a community commons area on the ground floor.
Also have a garden style here. Job Description: As the
Superintendent , you will oversee all on-site construction
activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule,
and with the highest quality standards. You will be the key point
of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and project team members on
the ground. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily on-site operations,
ensuring quality, safety, and scheduling standards are met
Coordinate and supervise all trades and subcontractors Enforce
safety protocols and maintain a clean and secure job site Review
and maintain construction schedules and ensure timely execution of
project milestones Communicate effectively with Project Managers,
Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors Conduct daily walk-throughs
and ensure all work is performed per drawings and specs Identify
and resolve issues quickly to keep the project on track Maintain
accurate daily logs and reports Qualifications: 5 years of
experience as a Superintendent on multi-family or similar garden
style or mid-rise residential projects Proven experience managing
ground-up construction, especially wood-frame over podium Strong
understanding of construction drawings, scheduling, and jobsite
logistics Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management
practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency
with project management software a plus Compensation & Benefits:
