seeking a highly motivated and qualified Regional Director of
Admissions to join our team. The Regional Director of Admissions is
a key operational leader responsible for supporting student
enrollment and admissions operations across multiple campuses
within NUC University – US Operations. This hands-on role ensures
consistent performance, compliance, and the effective execution of
strategic enrollment initiatives throughout the region. Reporting
to the Vice President of Admissions, this leader personally
contributes to student enrollment through direct outreach,
interviews, events, and consistent follow-up. They also support and
coach admissions staff, assist with onboarding and development, and
may serve as an interim admissions or campus leader when needed.
Depending on strategic priorities, this role may also oversee
specialized admissions teams. The ideal candidate is
results-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings
strong, adaptable leadership to every campus they support. This
position requires frequent travel (up to 90%) and the flexibility
to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends (including
Sundays), as needed. Qualifications/Education: Completed bachelor’s
degree required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions,
preferably in a career college or technical education setting.
Experience in enrolling students and leading admissions teams.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on,
team-focused approach. Ability to travel frequently and adjust
quickly to different campus environments and leadership needs.
Essential duties and Responsibilities: Serve in interim Admissions
or Campus Leadership roles during staffing gaps or transitions to
ensure continuity of operations. Personally contribute to campus
and regional enrollment goals by conducting outreach, admissions
interviews, and ongoing follow-up communication with prospective
students. Improve admissions team performance by increasing call
activity, appointment volume, and overall productivity to achieve
short- and long-term enrollment goals. Support the planning and
execution of institutional and regional initiatives such including
Laddering, Re-Entry, Nursing, B2B enrollment, Sunday enrollment
teams, New Campus Openings, and other strategic campaigns – as
assigned. Oversee and lead specialized admissions teams as needed
based on business needs and strategic priorities. Participate in
new student reviews and stitching meetings to support successful
onboarding and orientation events. Support recruitment events,
campus tours, community outreach, and admissions presentations to
engage prospective students. Provide coaching and mentorship to
admissions staff to help them meet individual and team performance
goals. Assist in the onboarding and training of new admissions team
members across assigned campuses. Conduct quality observations of
admissions interactions to reinforce compliance, support
development, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Lead or
actively participate in daily standups, end-of-day checkouts, and
lead review sessions. Collaborate with Campus and Regional
Leadership Teams to identify and address performance gaps,
supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed.
Foster cross-campus collaboration by sharing best practices and
supporting a culture of high performance and accountability.
