Job Description Job Description Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Supervisor Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and machinery while maintaining safety standards. This role is crucial in a food manufacturing environment, where compliance with regulatory standards and efficient operations are paramount. PM Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and working Saturday OR Sunday (or both AS NEEDED) Key Responsibilities Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate daily maintenance activities. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure minimal downtime. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and procure necessary parts and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve equipment-related issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field preferred. Proven experience in maintenance supervision, ideally in a food manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English to facilitate communication with a diverse team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Benefits Annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience) Bonus Opportunites!
