The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), headquartered in Daytona Beach, FL, is currently seeking a full time Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Manager . The primary focus of this position will be the development and execution of our recruiting/talent acquisition strategy to attract and secure top talent for the organization with an emphasis on creating a highly diverse team to support our global workforce. Additionally, this teammate will provide operational support for the full range of HR services to include: onboarding, employee relations, talent management, HRIS support, compensation, employee functions, training and development, payroll and benefits administration support, and policy guidance. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting/talent acquisition strategy to identify and secure top talent for our global team by partnering with managers to fully understand staffing needs, creating effective job postings, identifying and engaging new online and local recruiting resources, regularly participating in networking events, etc.
Implement and lead ongoing employment branding initiatives through social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Work with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Taskforce Leader to lead the LPGA Equity in Action Employee Resource Group.
Become a subject matter expert to leverage the capabilities of our applicant tracking system.
Lead new employee onboarding processes to include new employee orientation.
Provide sound employee relations guidance and resolve employee issues within the established organizational policies and applicable employment laws.
Coordinate the employee recognition program and various other team building events.
Provide back-up payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS support as needed.
Stay abreast of industry trends and applicable employment laws to ensure company compliance.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field required
Minimum of three years of experience recruiting all levels of positions in a professional/corporate environment. Must be familiar with a wide range of online recruiting resources and a fully functional Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Minimum three years of general human resources experience in an organization with at least 300+ employees, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, CPP, CEBS certifications are a plus
Prior experience administering health and welfare benefit plans, and ACA compliance is also a plus
A positive, can-do attitude, and ability to produce high quality work, with a strong attention to detail, within tight deadlines is essential
