Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, the Associate Director of Admissions Systems is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the use of information technology systems as it pertains to Enrollment Management at the Daytona Beach campus. This role oversees the admissions systems to enhance recruitment, application processing/decisions, and enrollment of students. In close collaboration with enrollment management leadership, the Associate Director will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for all projects and activities related to the facilitation of operational support for admissions systems, business processes, and data.This position provides day-to-day supervision and management for personnel and for systems within the scope of Enrollment Management, including the Student Information System (Campus Solutions), CRM (Salesforce), BI (Business Intelligence), and other school-based systems. The Associate Director proactively provides vision, strategy, and direction to leverage technology to meet future enrollment goals. This role also serves to provide operational support, release management, and development of school-based applications between Information Technology and the Office of Admissions.This role represents a tremendous opportunity to have both strategic and tactical impact on some of the Admissions systems most important assets:

  • Building of reports and dashboards in the BI, CRM, and SIS environments.
  • Supporting the enrollment processes of special programs such as the Honors Program, Gaetz Academy (dual enrollment program), Summer Camp, and International Scholars and Students Services.
  • Managing the SEVIS registration process for international students through the Terra Dotta System.
  • Working with external vendors to increase the prospect/applicant pools and enhance the applicant experience using tools provided by vendors such as EAB, Zeemee, Full Measure, and others.
  • Using cutting edge technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the processing of applications/supporting documents and all other processes within the division of enrollment management.
  • Training of staff on the use of the systems and finding ways to maximize the use of all of our technologies, especially the CRM.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the enrollment leadership.
  • The Associate Director will be expected to investigate possible solutions through contacting technical vendors, colleagues at peer institutions and other sources to ensure that the University is keeping up with the latest technological standards in our recruitment efforts.As the technical expert, this position will also be expected to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines with little to no supervision.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of relevant work experience will be considered.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of admissions-related work experience.
    • Knowledge of admissions practices.
    • Ability to communicate well with all levels of University staff and administration; strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with SQL or similar programming language.
    • Experience with project management.
    • Experience with document imaging and workflow (Oracle Product).
    • Experience with business process documentation.
    • Experience managing data and creating reports and dashboards.
    • Ability to assess the training needs of a variety of end-users.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (SIS), Query Writing, and Salesforce (CRM) is preferred. -Application Instructions:
