SUMMARY
-The Director of Operations is accountable for the delivery of
contract services within the institutions of an area or region. The
Manager works collaboratively with the Operations management team
to determine, implement, and monitor the strategic direction and
plan for the company. In conjunction with executive medical
leadership, the Director of Operations is responsible for
establishing and maintaining effective clinical quality oversight
for the Company. The Director of Operations negotiates contract
terms, amendments, extensions and bids, and must proactively
identify potential business opportunities and participate in the
pursuit of new contracts and clients.
