Job Description:

?Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

?Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

?Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Collection of contact data of over approximately 300 outstanding contractors through various avenues (emails, phones, addresses)

a. CIMS (TRANSFLO customer system) existing contact info

b. Web searches (tracking down phone #s, emails through Google)

c. Calls to TRANSFLO Operations Managers

d. Calls to vendors (carriers/contractors)

Compile data and populate complete information in CIMS

Assist in distribution/collection process of newly contacted vendors

Save incoming agreements to share drive

Assist in forwarding approved vendor lists and current insurance data to Ebix (our 3rd party Insurance contractor) for tracking

Add approved (new and existing) vendors to Gateway site for visibility

a. audit Gateway versus stored Access Agreement files for existing entries on vendor

b. Add vendor name, address, contact information, etc

c. Attach Access Agreement image to Gateway entry

Update Industrial Inventory Demurrage System (IIDS) keys for all TRANSFLO terminals and Independent transloading terminals on our clients? network

Upload all TRANSFLO contracts into PRISM publishing Start Time: 12:00 AM

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
