Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for ensuring
that the regional project management teams are continually meeting
overall safety, quality, productivity, and financial commitments of
their projects and that they remain consistent with company
policies. The SPM will be responsible for 'rolling up' regional
data weekly to the Regional Director and other senior leadership.
This role has a heavy focus on leading and developing team members.
Mentorship and Leadership are to be shown through overseeing
project managers; reviewing their monthly financials, providing
guidance during difficult situations, being present and providing
support for important client meetings.
