Location - This resort city is just over one hour from Orlando and Jacksonville on the Florida Atlantic coast. With 60,000+ residents and over 500,000 in the metro area it is a vibrant community with a low cost of living, excellent schools and a plethora of entertainment options nearby. Facility : Work with more than 500 physicians, representing 54 sub-specialties. Medical Center is the area s largest tertiary healthcare provider, and the only Level II Trauma Center serving the community since 1928. It also offers the area's only Pediatric ED. The main facility has over 600 beds, and they have two nearby facilities which cover the area's outlying communities comprising 170 more beds.Opportunity : Hospitalist openings are available for full or part time, but must be capable of starting right away, pending credentialing. Employed opportunity, for Internal or Family Medicine trained physicians, the group was established in the 1990s and they are growing again! Providers are working 7on/7off with 12 hour shifts. Open ICU with 24/7 Intensivist support, no procedures and no codes required. APP support for both days and nights, with teaching and extra shifts available if desired. Compensation : Base salary with RVU and quality bonuses. Package also includes full benefits, sign-on, relocation, malpractice, matched 403b, non-profit for PSLF student loan repayment and much more.
