*Salary: $22 - $30 hourly*

*Job Requirement*
* Would Strongly Prefer candidates that have 2 years of CST experience. Preference is acute care experience (1 year) would consider someone that does not have acute care experience. want to see candidates with ortho, neuro, vascular and robotics experience
* MUST have CST certification in hand.

*Summary*

As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), you will be an integral part of the surgical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your core skills in critical care, suturing, and medical terminology will be essential in assisting during surgical procedures. Reporting to the surgical team lead, you will leverage your premium experience in trauma centers and OR settings to enhance patient outcomes. With a focus on acute care and robotics, you will contribute to the efficiency and safety of surgical operations, making a significant impact on patient recovery.

*Responsibilities*
* Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
* Provide support during surgeries by passing instruments, suturing, and maintaining a sterile environment.
* Monitor patient vitals and assist in patient care pre- and post-operation.
* Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
* Document procedures and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
