Locations: North Orlando, Deltona, and Daytona JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a licensed LMHC or Psychologist to provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute care facilities. Responsibilities include conducting daily rounds, assessing and treating patients, collaborating with facility staff, and delivering accurate diagnoses, consultations, education, and follow-up care. This role involves working closely with the Psych division team within the facilities. Applicants must hold an active Florida license or be a Registered Intern in Florida. - Schedule: MondayFriday - Employment Type: W2 - Hours: Flexible PRIMARY FUNCTIONS - Examine patients and document medical history - Adhere to established charting protocols - Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans - Submit healthcare plans and patient goals for periodic physician review - Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet - Refer patients to specialists as needed - Report deaths and contagious diseases in accordance with government regulations - Perform additional duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Active and in-good-standing State of Florida license - Must be an LMHC/LSW in Florida - Current National Board Certification KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills - Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure quality patient care ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) preferred - Bilingual (English/Spanish)REQUIRED RELATIONSHIP REPORTING Reports directly to the Supervisory Psychiatric Physician / Executive Director PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to communicate effectively with patients - Ability to collaborate with colleagues as needed - Ability to operate a computer, printer, and scanner - Ability to sit, stand, or view a computer screen for extended periods - Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions - Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel - Ability to reach with hands and arms PI55cbd351de16-29952-38846143 True
