qualifications will not be considered. A reputable K-12 school
district in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist
to provide essential therapy services for students. This full-time
contract position spans from January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026,
with a typical workweek of 35 hours (7 hours per day). The
therapist will support a caseload of students across multiple
school locations, with travel required. Efforts are made to assign
the therapist to one school per day to streamline the schedule. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy assessments, treatment,
and interventions to K-12 students based on individual needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with
educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor
progress and adjust interventions accordingly to meet student
goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district
and legal regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to
support student success. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Florida Physical Therapy license. Experience working with
pediatric populations in school or clinical settings preferred.
Ability to manage caseload based on severity and workload demands.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Valid drivers
license and willingness to travel between multiple school sites.
