Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a highly skilled
and motivated Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Intermediate Care
Unit. This pivotal role encompasses both nursing and management
aspects, ensuring high-quality care and operational efficiency
within the unit. The coordinator will not only oversee patient
care, manage staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety
protocols, but also participate in the development of patient care
programs, staff development, and implementation of evidence-based

daily operations of the Intermediate Care Unit Develop and
implement patient care plans and ensure high-quality care
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient
outcomes Monitor patient care and assist with medical procedures as
necessary Implement staff schedules, conduct performance
evaluations, and manage staff development Ensure adherence to
hospital policies and compliance with healthcare regulations
Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members
Lead efforts in quality improvement and safety initiatives Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical skills specific to
intermediate care nursing Ability to handle high-stress situations
calmly and effectively Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
hospital policies Competency in electronic health record systems

BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred Certification in
