FL-DOH-Duval County-Dentist (795731) Pay rate : $101.81 per hour.
Temp (4 months ). Location: Westside Dental Center, 120 King
Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Hours: Monday-Friday,
8:00am-5:00pm, 2-3 days per week. Computer Software : EagleSoft
Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).
Dress Code : Medical Scrubs. Must Be Fully Enrolled as a Florida
Medicaid Provider Job Description: Important requirement Must be a
fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider. Credentialed with
DentaQuest Dental Insurance. Credentialed with Liberty Dental
Insurance. Candidate Responsibilities: Providing a full range of
general dental services including comprehensive dental exams,
preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial
dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required: 1 year experience provide a full range
of general dental services Educational Requirement: DDS or DMD
degree Active Florida Dental License
