Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a dedicated MRI
Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. As a key member of
our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for operating
magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce high-quality
diagnostic images that aid in the medical diagnosis and treatment
plans for our patients. This role requires a blend of technical
expertise, patient interaction skills, and a commitment to
providing compassionate care within our state-of-the-art medical
facility. Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images
according to physician specifications. Ensure the safety and
comfort of the patient during the scan. Adjust and maintain imaging
equipment. Prepare patients and their medical histories for
radiologic testing. Collaboratively interpret images with
radiologists and other health professionals. Follow all regulatory
and safety standards pertaining to imaging and equipment. Record
and maintain accurate patient records and radiographic findings.
Expertise in MRI procedures and protocols. Strong understanding of
radiology/imaging software. Ability to interact compassionately
with patients. Technical proficiency in using imaging equipment.
Effective communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

radiologic technologist. Specific MRI certification as required by
state regulations.
