Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Mixed unit covering Med Surg, Med Surg Tele, and PCU patients • 1:6 patient ratio experience required • Every other weekend requirement • Floating required within scope of practice • Available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) • 2 years of experience required • Adult and geriatric patient populations • Must be available greater than 30 miles from facility (no local travelers) • Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS • Rapid Response team experience required • Total joint replacement experience required • Telemetry experience required • Cardiac drip experience preferred (no titration) • Experience with dysrhythmias, CVA, and chest tubes required • Must complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules prior to start date • Charting system: Meditech (experience preferred) • Any scrub color allowed • Holiday requirements: Work 1 eve and 1-2 holidays depending on assignment length • Strict attendance policy: 3 call-outs result in termination • Facility reserves right to make schedule changes up to 48 hours before shifts Facility: This acute care hospital features 210 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services including interventional cardiac catheterization lab on-site. The facility offers interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.
