Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/21/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Work in mixed unit including Med Surg, Med Surg Telemetry, and PCU • Maintain 1:6 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends • Every other weekend requirement • Floating required within scope of practice • Mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) • Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS • Must have experience with rapid response teams and total joint replacement • Experience required with cardiac drips (no titration), telemetry monitoring, and dysrhythmias interpretation • Must be comfortable with chest tubes, CVA patients, and high acuity care • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations • Charting system: Meditech • Any color scrubs allowed • Complete approximately 4 hours of modules prior to start date • No RTO allowed during first or last week of assignment • Strict attendance policy: 3 call outs result in termination • Holiday requirement varies based on number of holidays during assignment • Facility reserves right to make schedule changes up to 48 hours before shift Facility: This acute care hospital features 210 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services including an interventional cardiac catheterization lab on-site.
