Assess patient condition by physical examination and patient history Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide patient care Educate patients and families on treatments plans and home exercises Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and complete medical records Stay current with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies Proven ability to manage multiple patient caseloads effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experienced in utilizing physical therapy technology and equipment Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license CPR Certified
