Physical Therapist Location: Gainesville, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,946 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active Physical Therapy License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: BLS Certification Description: Travel Physical Therapy position available in a rehabilitation unit. Must be able to start by May 4th at the latest. The unit has 30 beds and is staffed by 22 personnel, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and technicians. The patient-to-staff ratio is 7:1. Typical equipment used includes balance and gait systems. Documentation is done using Meditech (Expanse). Weekend rotation is a requirement. Typical procedures performed include patient evaluations, activities of daily living, transfers, family and patient education, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and functional training. Candidates must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to function independently. Dress code requires light gray scrubs.
