Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Transplant Cellular Therapy
to join our prestigious team. This pivotal role involves managing
the care of patients undergoing innovative cellular therapy
treatments and transplants. As a part of HCA Healthcare, you will

candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient
care, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring the successful
administration of cellular therapy treatments. Assess patient
condition and plan appropriate nursing care for cellular therapy
and transplant procedures. Administer treatments, medications, and
interventions safely according to physician orders. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive care
plans. Monitor patient recovery and respond to any complications.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
post-treatment home care needs. Maintain accurate patient records
and document all care provided. Participate in continuous education
to keep abreast of developments in the field of transplant and
cellular therapy. Proficient in clinical skills with an emphasis on
patient assessments. Strong understanding of transplant immunology
and cellular therapy. Ability to operate complex medical equipment
related to cellular treatments. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Preferably
certified in Oncology Nursing (OCN) or similar credentials.
