Job Description Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Location: Ocala, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 annually Sign-On Bonus Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a well-established, patient-centered outpatient practice in Ocala, FL. This role offers a supportive clinical environment, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership or Clinic Director position. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care Schedule & Work Environment Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends or on-call requirements Average caseload: 50–60 visits per week Outpatient setting with strong clinical support Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage caseload independently Open to both experienced PTs and growth-track candidates Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000 – $105,000 Sign-on bonus Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Continuing education support and career growth opportunities Leadership development pathways available
