Halifax Health invites you to apply to join our wound care team We are seeking General Surgeons, Family Practice Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, and Wound Care Physicians with a passion for and an interest in providing wound care to patients in the post-acute, inpatient and outpatient care setting as well as in our Hyperbarics Oxygen department. Halifax Health Medical Center is Volusia County's only Level II Trauma Center. The main campus is located in Daytona Beach, Florida and serves the entire Volusia county and neighboring areas. There is a total of 758 licensed beds, more than 500 physicians on its medical staff representing more than 40 medical specialties. Full time, employed position - must be board certified/ board eligible. Florida license and US citizenship General Surgery work with wound care experience is helpful but not required. Ability to supervise patients utilizing Hyperbarics Oxygen Therapy which is on-site will be required.
