Job Description:
Inbound Customer Service Associate MUST BE WITHIN 30 MINUTES or
LESS FROM DAYTONA BEACH, FL AREA work M-F, pay is $15 an hour no
weekends. Employee Perks: One of the largest financial
organizations is seeking entry level Inbound Customer Service
Representatives to hire for their company! You will train ONSITE
for about 2-3 weeks then REMOTE 3 DAYS, Onsite for 2 days at the
DAYTONA, FL location! The pay will be $15/HR! This is an
entry-level position that is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity only
for 3 months! This company also offers advancement
opportunities.Training shift 9:30AM-6:00PMShifts- 10:30AM-7:00PM
Responsibilities: - Taking inbound calls regarding Mortgage/Home
Insurance Inquiries (Training provided for 2 weeks) - Updates
residential policies to maintain coverage and keep policies in an
active status - Communicates with leadership team over potential
issues that will have a negative impact on the loan - Communicates
with borrowers and their agencies, adhering to client standards -
Maintains database and spreadsheet files - All calls made are
customer service calls and NO COLD CALLING. Skills: Customer
Service, Data entry, Mortgage, Insurance, Call Center, Inbound
calls. MUST HAVE: - at least 6 months to a year of customer service
experience ( WILL consider Food Service and Retail candidates) -
efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their
software system (super easy to learn) -Strong verbal and written
communication skills NICE TO HAVE: - outbound call center
experience - mortgage or insurance knowledge/experience NICE TO
