Job Description Job Description Position Description: Job Summary A trim tech is responsible for delicately manicuring dried flowers. This position is accountable for meeting expectations based on strain. This includes responsibility for all policy and procedures, compliance, ingestion, and all other operational objectives of the business. Hand trim, buck, spear, or sort dried flower on the stem Keep a clean and organized workspace. Follow company GMP standards. Experience And QualificationsMinimum 21 years of age. Knowledge of marijuana strains and anatomy. Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.Intermediate -level math skills. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Work is performed in a production environment and requires the ability sit and stand for long periods and to operate standard trimming tools or equipment. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and also bending and kneeling to obtain supplies or tools. Employees should be able to lift 10 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
