Job Description:

Foundation Risk Partners is looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for supporting the HR department and carrying out various responsibilities including but not limited to all HR functional areas.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performedPlan and communicate preferred methods and best practices for hiring, training, compensating, and evaluating employeesAdvise management on applicable state and federal employment regulations and compensation policies and human resource proceduresAdminister and maintain annual performance review processHandle routine human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and agreementsServe as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints/concernsAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesConducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concernsAssists with recording keeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion particularly as related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, and diversity initiatives.Why settle for less, come work for the best!Our goal is to provide an environment that fosters both personal and professional growth - while creating a workplace that feels like home.
