Director, Global Total Rewards & Compensation to join our growing
team in Daytona Beach, FL! The Director, Team Resources - Global
Total Rewards & Compensation is primarily responsible for the
strategy, design, and implementation of compensation strategies
that enable the Company to attract, reward, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Assistant General Counsel in creating and publishing
annual proxy materials, including compensation tables and
Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A).
- Design and manage all elements of executive compensation,
including cash incentive plan and long-term equity programs,
ensuring integration and alignment of executive pay with overall
company goals and objectives.
- Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board
of Directors.
- Work with Assistant General Counsel and Finance team to compile
and present executive compensation data as required to external
agencies to ensure regulatory compliance. (8K, 10K, S-1, Form 4
etc. as required).Equity Plan Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and compliance of company's existing
and future equity compensation plans.
- Manage the annual equity grant process, annual enrollment and
purchase under the ESPP, and international APSS and SAYE stock
purchase plans.
- Assist in establishment, measurement and communication of
annual performance metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships with the equity plan record keeper
and transfer agent.
- Work with the Finance team to review monthly equity
compensation expense and ensure compliance with ASC 718 reporting
requirements. Review annual forfeiture assumptions.
- Responsible for proxy, 10-K and 10-Q as it relates to stock
compensation.
- Prepare board of director materials/exhibitsRetirement Plans
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the 401k and non-qualified deferred
compensation plans, including audits, 5500s and 409A compliance
measures.
- Participate in 401(k) and non-qualified deferred compensation
plan Investment Committee meetings.
- Build and maintain relationship with outside ERISA legal
counsel in partnership with in-house legal team to review Plan
Documents, SPDs, and amendment updates.
- Provide leadership and direction on regulatory and/or pension
legislation changes
- Present annual benefits enrollment and benefits plan changes to
leadership
- Regularly benchmark programs and monitor external trends to
proactively adjust programs to ensure market
competitiveness.General Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to Assistant
Directors of Equity Compensation and Total Rewards.
- Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards
strategies, including compensation, retirement, education
assistance, financial wellness, engagement and other work
experience programs globally, that are cost effective and
consistent with labor market trends and organizational
objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert. Analyze and interpret reports
for senior leaders providing recommendations to guide business
decisions.
- Develop and continually advance compensation strategy and
related programs to align with business needs and company
culture.
- Ensure the right mix of global total rewards are available to
attract and retain an innovative and diverse workforce while
keeping programs compliant, competitive, cost effective and
creative.
- Provide education and counsel to HR Business Partners and
Talent Acquisition regarding all compensation programs. Conduct
various educational Webinars to teammate focus groups during
financial benefit enrollments and at the request of internal HR
Partners and Leaders
- Collaborate with Communications & Branding team to design the
appropriate communication strategy around compensation programs
depending on audience and location.
- Lead compensation studies as necessary to ensure internal
equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with finance on annual compensation budget.
- Educate leaders and teammates by presenting the company's
"total rewards" compensation philosophies.
- Ensure salary administration guidelines support and align with
performance management programs.
- Lead a sustained financial wellness program for the
Company.
- Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state, and
international legislation influencing benefits and
compensation.
- Lead bi-annual pay analysis to ensure internal parity --
design, build and evolve compensation metrics, reporting, and tools
to inform compensation program decisions.
- Develop and maintain job architecture and equity compensation
ranges.
- Lead annual compensation planning processes -- merit, bonus,
equity, etc.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain within
budgetary constraints.
- Lead market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive
positioning of the organization's pay programs, including base pay,
short and long-term pay, and commissions.Required Qualifications:
- Ten or more years of experience developing, managing, and
administering compensation and benefits programs for a large global
employer (10,000 plus teammates).
- Must have experience in projects and initiatives that deliver
measurable financial results with a focus on driving organic
growth
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing a team
- Proven ability to effectively interact with senior management
in a dynamic environment
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft suite; strong focus on
Excel
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to
translate technical analysis into presentations for leadership
while providing multiple options to consider and drives the
discussion to determine the best course of action
- Strong influencer and communicator at all levels of the
organization with collaborative and partnership mindset
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a strong background
in Accounting, Finance and Global taxationPreferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree preferred
- Professional in Human Resources Certification preferred
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and/or Certified
