Job Summary

This position will be responsible for selling quality water filtration systems into a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. The ability to incorporate application knowledge and understanding of the company product lines as well as other water filtration equipment in the marketplace will be key to success. Additionally, this individual will explore market trends, leads, identify market opportunities and help design a strategic sales plan. - -The primary role is to identify and contact potential customers in order to develop new sales and provide advanced technical assistance to existing clients & opportunities in order to maximize revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Promote, source and secure new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve sales goals
Relationship-selling, partnering and managing of accounts
Meet sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
Build strong client relationships and engage in business discussions to grow accounts
Build customer relationships to increase sales revenue while prospecting new sales opportunities
Work with your team to develop and maintain a sales strategy in multiple markets
Build the sales pipeline to drive revenue
Exceed sales objectives through aggressive contact management with specifying engineers
Demonstrate products and services and assist customers in the selection of those best suited to their needs
Create sales presentations, messages, position statements and other sales tools
Prepare documents such as price quotations, terms of sales, delivery, etc. in accordance with established procedures via a CRM program
Submit required reporting such as monthly sales reports, projected pipeline, with our CRM data
Participate in sales training and other continuing education with our Reps and distributors
Additional duties as requested by the Sales Manager such as Tradeshows, events, demos.
Qualifications
Sales Experience with water filtration, liquid handling, thermal transfer equipment
Strong technical comprehension and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/prints
Excellent verbal and written communications
Experience with ERP and/or CRM software programs
Self-motivated, independent, Self-Starter
Strong emphasis on "customer service" ethic
Good work organizer, team player, strong interpersonal communication skills
Travel between 40 to 60%
