- $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are currently seeking a
Permanent Associate Attorney to become a part of our dynamic and
highly respected Legal team. The successful candidate will be
involved in high-stakes commercial litigation matters, providing
crucial support to our senior attorneys and serving clients with a
high level of professionalism and expertise. This is a tremendous

Why join us? Responsibilities: Represent clients in all stages of
commercial litigation, including pre-litigation strategy and
negotiation, relationship management, dispute resolution, trial
preparation, and post-trial proceedings. Draft and review various
legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals,
agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. Conduct complex legal
research and analysis to provide legal advice to clients. Develop
litigation strategies and present case theories in court and
arbitration proceedings. Provide legal support and advice to our
clients on commercial and business law matters. Participate in
business development activities to build and maintain client
relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws,
regulations, legal articles, and recent court decisions related to
commercial litigation. Collaborate with a team of attorneys,
paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the delivery of
high-quality legal services. Job Details Qualifications: Juris
Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5
years of experience in commercial litigation. Admission to the
state bar and in good standing. Proven track record of managing
complex commercial litigation cases. Exceptional research,
negotiation, and advocacy skills. Strong analytical ability and
problem-solving skills to understand and provide legal advice on
complex legal issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and court
personnel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong commitment to professional development and continuous
