seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Attorney to join our
fast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will be a strategic
thinker with a strong background in legal research, legal writing,
litigation, commercial litigation, and legal assistance. This
position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a
strong work ethic and a passion for law. The successful candidate
will be responsible for representing our firm and our clients in
all legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising
clients on legal transactions. The Permanent Attorney will also be
required to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and
changes in law to effectively provide legal advice and support. Why

Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Represent the firm and its clients
in court and before government agencies, presenting evidence to
defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil
litigation. 2. Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents such
as wills, contracts, deeds, and lawsuits. 3. Conduct legal research
and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and
regulations for individuals and businesses. 4. Advise clients
concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of
prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
5. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes in line with the best
interests of the client. 6. Stay updated with the latest legal
trends and legislation to provide accurate advice. 7. Liaise with
team members and clients to ensure timelines, expectations, and
legal requirements are clearly understood and met. Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must
be a member in good standing with the state bar. 3. Minimum of 2
years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically with
legal research, legal writing, litigation, commercial litigation,
and legal assistance. 4. Proven track record of courtroom success.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve
disputes while preserving client relationships. 6. Excellent
written and oral communication skills, with a particular talent for
persuasive argument. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound
legal judgments. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Proficiency with legal research software and other relevant
computer applications. 10. High level of professionalism and
