Off Job Details Responsibilities: As a Commercial Litigation
Attorney, you will: 1. Manage all aspects of commercial litigation
including real estate litigation, construction liens, and
construction defect claims. 2. Develop and implement litigation
strategies, and manage discovery and trial preparations. 3.
Represent clients in court and before government agencies,
presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation. 4.
Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings,
motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal
memoranda. 5. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to
support case preparation. 6. Provide legal advice to clients,
making recommendations based on sound legal judgment. 7. Foster
positive relationships with clients, maintaining open communication
and ensuring client satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with a team of
attorneys and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective
handling of cases. Qualifications: To be considered for this role,
you must have: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited
law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3.
2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on
real estate litigation, construction liens, and construction defect
claims. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex
commercial litigation cases from start to finish. 5. Exceptional
legal research and writing skills. 6. Strong negotiation and
advocacy skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects,
with a keen attention to detail. 8. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
clients, colleagues, and court personnel. 9. High level of
professionalism and ethical standards. 10. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. 11. Proficiency in using legal
research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 12. Willingness to
stay updated with latest developments in commercial litigation and
