I am partnered with a Florida law firm that is looking to add a Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities. Background Requirements 2-5 years of experience in private civil litigation defense practice Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments Motions practice, dispositive motions Experience in state, federal and appellate courts Admitted in FL Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for a hybrid position Collaborative work environment Challenged with interesting work for interesting clients Salary will be commensurate with experience.
