You will be a pivotal member of our team, handling all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through trial. Manage all facets of commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing and arguing motions, managing discovery, and representing clients at hearings, depositions, and trials. 2. Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters related to commercial litigation. 3. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure the successful resolution of cases. 4. Maintain a high level of professional conduct and adhere to stringent ethical principles. 5. Stay abreast of current trends, rulings, and developments in commercial litigation and use this knowledge to benefit our clients and strengthen our legal practice. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. 7. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences, to attract new clients and strengthen our firm's reputation in the legal community. Job Details Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Associate position, you must possess the following: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successfully managing cases from inception through trial. 4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. 5. Superior advocacy skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court and other legal proceedings. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with a team. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide clients with innovative solutions to complex legal issues. 8. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards. 9. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously. 10.
