from you. The Automated Pouching Machine Utility supports the
operation and maintenance of pouching machines, ensuring efficient
production and high-quality output. This role assists machine
operators, performs basic maintenance, and ensures the cleanliness
and safety of the work area. Key Responsibilities Support machine
operators during setup, operation, and changeovers. Help with
threading film, adjusting machine settings, and loading materials
Perform basic preventative maintenance on pouching machines. Assist
in troubleshooting and resolving minor machine issues Monitor the
production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
Conduct periodic checks and report any discrepancies Maintain
accurate records of production activities, including material usage
and machine performance, using manufacturing reporting software and
hardware Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Ensure the
work area is clean and free of hazards Work closely with machine
operators, maintenance staff, and other team members to ensure
smooth production processes Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent 0-1 years of previous experience Demonstrated ability to
perform basic mechanical tasks and routine maintenance Familiarity
with manufacturing software and hardware for production reporting
Ability to operate powered lift equipment Ability to read and
comprehend simple instructions and correspondence Ability to work
well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and
problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of
previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to operate basic hand tools and measuring devices Official
