Our services include Claims Management Solutions, Talent Solutions, and Disability Advisory Services, all powered by PDA, and also include SSDI Advocacy Services. We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic teammates to join our team as an Advocate Liaison.

Career Highlights

* Full time (40 hrs), Monday-Friday 9am-6pm * Hybrid REMOTE schedule through 2021 * Office is located at Brown and Brown's New State-of-Art Beach Street Campus * Rate of pay $16/hour

* Champion the insurance claims process by providing expertise knowledge of the insurance claims process * Improve the lives of your clients by building a positive, trusting relationship to support them through a very difficult time * Exceed clients expectations by handling identified parts of the claim including but not limited to transactional client calls, processing mail, and reviewing claim files getting exposure to the entire claim from Initial Consideration through Hearing.


* Bachelors Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred. * Experience thriving in a fast paced, multi-task oriented phone-based / contact center environment * Superb data entry and accuracy skills * Team player with a passion for helping people through empathy & active listening skills * Customer service, social security or insurance experience is a plus * Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. * Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. * Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word in which one must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly. * Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound. * Visual: Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading.
