Reporting to the Senior Administrative Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU will be accountable for overseeing operations of the critical care department and a team of registered nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff. Responsibilities of the Nursing Manager Critical Care ICU will include managing department budgets, implementing quality performance improvement initiatives, developing measurable department goals, scheduling, assisting with educational programming for new-hire and current department staff, and ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance.

The Nursing Manager Critical Care ICU will hold an active RN license, have previous leadership experience and a background working in a critical care unit.
