Performs resident care
activities and related nursing services necessary in caring for the
personal needs, safety,
and comfort of residents
as assigned. Assist in providing a compassionate physical, social
environment, which will
allow the resident to achieve the highest level of functioning.
Performs duties in
established nursing objectives, standards, facility policies and
procedures, and residents’ rights
Must have completed a
Personal Care Attendant program, approved by the State of Florida.

· Ability to promote
positive interpersonal relationships through the use of tactful,
direct and sensitive
interaction. Must be
able to communicate verbally in a positive and professional
