Job Description:
We are looking for an excellent customer service representative
to add to our call center loss drafts team in Daytona! What will
you be doing?
- This is a high level call center position that is mainly
dealing with homeowner claims.
- Will be handling about 40-50 inbound calls per day, sometimes
more and sometimes less, depending on how long each call lasts
- The calls will be pertaining to a new homeowners claim or an
existing claim
- Will be required to answering basic questions such as: what is
the status of my claim? all the way up to claim intake which
sometimes can take up to an hour
- Navigate between multiple systems to find the answer
- Handle escalated calls as needed
- Be the liason between us, the homeowner and the lender
- Be able to be cool under pressure and handle upset
customersTraining schedule: 8:30am to 5pm M-FHybrid shifts after
training: 2 days remote 3 days on site!
- Based on business need and assigned bank
- Anywhere starting at 8:00 am - to a start of 11:30 am
- Flex shift possible - three 9 hour days, one 8 hour day, 5
hours on Saturday with 1 day off typically W or ThWhat experience
