Job Description:
Aston Carter is seeking individuals for an excellent opportunity
within a large Mortgage company in the state of Florida. The
Full-time Mortgage specialist is to interact with customers/clients
to provide information in response to inquiries about Mortgage
products, services, take payments, discuss claim statuses and to
de-escalate issues through inbound calls. This is a perfect role
for team-oriented customer service professionals from all
backgrounds who are eager to work for a growing company.
**MUST be residing in Florida**
Successful Candidates have Skills in:
customer service, customer support, customer service skills,
mortgage, contact center, insurance, call center, data-entry, call
center
Must have internet at Home in order to Work From Home
Must have completed high school or equivalent
6 months or more of
successful customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish candidates will be paid $17 an hour

Training: 2 weeks on-site in Daytona Beach from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
M-F EST
Shift: M-F available between 10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST will work 40
hours weekly, plus OT is also available. Remote and in-office work
available weekly.
