Workforce Coordinator with -DAILY PAY OPTION
AVAILABLE!Overview:The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for all
new hire onboarding as well as the design and implementation of
staffing patterns for all staff.RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Create new
hire offer letters ---- Conducts new hire orientations--- Prepares
new-employee file--- Completes Form I-9, verifies I-9 documentation
and maintains I-9 files--- Run exclusions, license checks and
criminal background checks--- Employment verifications--- Track
status of candidates, frequent follow-ups with candidate regarding
pending documents--- Assists with processing of terminations---
Assists with recruitment and interview process--- Files documents
into appropriate employee files--- Makes copies; mails, scans and
emails documents; and performs other clerical functions---
Maintains human resource information system (HOSTED)--- Maintains
compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits
laws and regulations--- Establishes staffing patterns and schedules
for nurses and nursing assistants--- Works with human resources to
advise them of staffing needs, terminations, and other information
necessary for the smooth flow of work regarding employees---
Interprets human resource policies for nursing staff---
Participates in in-service training--- Assists in securing staff
for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required---
Maintains records on vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence,
holidays, excused and unexcused absences, and recommends
appropriate action--- Assists in administering the uniform policy
for the facility--- Works with the Director of Nursing to schedule
training classes--- Assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance
Improvement (QAPI) processQUALIFICATIONS:--- Must be strong in
Excel and Word--- Scheduling program experience preferred---
Knowledge of AHCA Regulations required--- Must possess sensitivity
in understanding employees' needs while maintaining a sense of
balance to ensure that staffing requirements are met for the
facility.--- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company
and employee information -SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:--- This
position has no supervisory responsibilities.WORK ENVIRONMENT: ----
The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of patient
conditions and elements. ---- The noise level is moderate to quiet.
-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ---- The physical demands described here
are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job--- This
job operates in a health care setting. This role requires regular
walking to various locations around the care center. ---- Incumbent
may be exposed to virus, disease and infection from patients and
specimens in working environment. ---- Incumbent may be required to
work extended periods of time at a video display terminal.---
Incumbent may experience traumatic situations, including
psychiatric, and deceased patients.--- This position is very active
and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping,
crouching, crawling and climbing all day--- The employee must
frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 20
pounds--- Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
