Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated LPN for the Primary Care team in Chantilly,
VA, with a schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Offers sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; full-time position
with pay ranging from $25.61 to $41.74 per hour.
Provides direct patient care under RN supervision, maintains
medical records, and participates in quality initiatives.
Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, Virginia or
compact LPN license, BLS certification, and proficient
communication and computer skills.
