General Manager sought - Consumer Home Services - Daytona Beach
Our client has been providing outstanding heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical service and generator sales and services to homeowners for the past 20 years. As a long-standing company, their experienced team is equipped to provide their customers with high quality and efficient service.
Currently, they seek a high caliber, well-qualified General Manager to take their Service and Replacement / Repair business to the next level. The successful candidate will have a stable career history demonstrating strong HVAC Technical Knowledge, an admirable Leadership style and a strong record of success.
Base pay range is $135,000 to $150,000 with a $40,000 target bonus plan. Other onboarding incentive may be offered to suitable candidates. Please inquire for details.
