growing team in Dallas TX or Daytona Beach, Florida!In this role,
the Business Analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to
ensuring business needs and performance requirements are met
through the support of projects and initiatives within the Office
of the CIO as well as projects managed by the IT PMO. The main
responsibilities include administration of the portfolio and
project management tool and time keeping system. Who We Are: Brown

aim even higher.General Responsibilities: ---Performs
administrative functions and support for timekeeping and project
collaboration tool---Assigns, track license counts and submits
information for cross charges---Manages the license renewal
process, prepare information for tech leaders to review and approve
new license requests---Analyzes business and technical team
requests as it relates to the timekeeping and project collaboration
tools---Evaluates requests for new functionality and enhancements
and ensures they are within the scope of system
configuration---Reviews processes with IT leaders and make
recommendations for improvements---Logs, reviews and ensures
changes requested are approved through the change control
board---Works with business units, technical community, and vendor
to implement tool enhancements---Documents operating procedures for
timekeeping and project collaboration tools---Plans the work
according to the objectives with the support of
leadership---Generating charge back reports monthly. Providing
itemized reports for each business unit if needed. Identify
opportunities to automate and improve the process.---Serve as a
project coordinator, create, and execute project plans for small
initiates/enhancements. Monitor and enforce schedules, milestones,
and accountability---Foster collaborative relationships with the
group admins, third-parties, and others key to the success of the
assigned work.---Perform other duties as assigned.Required
Qualifications: Knowledge and experience of accounting processes
such as Invoice Processing, Chargeback and Financial Reporting3-5
years of IT Business Analyst experience, OR equivalent
experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with
the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
on teams.Requirements gathering skills and facilitationProblem
solving, ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely
manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains
confidentialityAbility to lead meetings both on-site and virtual
teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to travel for
work required occasionally (up to 1 week per quarter)Ability to
work independently, with limited required direction and
guidanceAnalytical and Problem-Solving SkillsPreferred
Qualifications: Experience with supporting a time keeping
