Job Description - Junior Business Analyst JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST Remote $75,000-$80,000 Florida based company looking for a Junior Business Analyst with experience working with Oracle to lead the analysis, design and implementation of applications/modules. What You'll Do: Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Document user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Perform fit-gap analysis for current and future business. Develop functional specifications for programs and processes. Responsible for testing and debugging. Write test scripts and audit results. Monitor data input/output to ensure data integrity and best practice automated processing. Conduct user training. Create user training documentation and materials; testing those materials to ensure accuracy and completeness with users from various functional areas within the organization. Work on special reports and projects as assigned. Develop specifications and request modifications to vendor interfaces. Troubleshoot interface failure issues and coordinate resolution with IT. Skills / Experience You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Must have experience using Oracle EBS 2-4 years of relevant experience Ability to complete complex and detailed work activities, and troubleshoot unique problems requiring creative solutions.
