Join the APS Security & Fire team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. We provide on the job training. Get paid $12-$14 per hour based on experience. We provide total residential and commercial security & fire alarm installation, 24/7 monitoring, and maintenance.The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer calls, CCTV camera systems, door access control systems, and fire alarm systems. Our technicians are responsible for servicing both commercial and residential clients. A successful technician will provide excellent customer service to our clients.Responsibilities:* Communicate with customers through various channels.* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.* Show up on time* Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.* Open customer accounts by recording account information.* Take payments over the phoneEducation and/or Experience:* High School Graduate or GED is required.* 1 to 5 years related experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:* Must have knowledge of basic computer fundamentals and proficiency in sending emails and Microsoft Word & Excel* Strong customer service focus/skills are a must.* Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.Work Environment:You will be working in a quite, clean and professional office with occasional customers in the front lobby.
